By accessing or using SafeMenu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
2. Use of Service
SafeMenu provides a platform for managing food allergen information and creating digital menus. You are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the platform. We provide the tools, but the ultimate responsibility for food safety lies with the food service provider.
3. User Accounts
You must maintain the security of your account and immediately notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
SafeMenu Pro is an annual subscription service priced at £99/year. Payments are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
5. Limitation of Liability
SafeMenu is a data management tool. We are not liable for any allergic reactions, health issues, or damages resulting from inaccurate data entry, system downtime, or reliance on the information provided via the platform. Always verify critical safety information manually.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
